When we were moving to Kansas City, we didn’t know anything about the city. We started to do our research and came across Jaylenn’s videos. He came across as honest and relatable. We could tell that at the core, he just wanted to help families relocate to the city. We decided to reach out to him, and that was the absolute best decision that we could have made for us. We quickly found that the same person on the video was the same person in real life. When we called him, he set up a consultation right away, and asked careful questions to determine where we would best fit in the metro. Then, as we saw houses that we liked, he would take the initiative to FILM a virtual showing for us that he let us view at our convenience. With our busy work schedules, we couldn’t take time to see these houses live over video chat, so we thought this solution was a stroke of genius! When it came to the showing itself, Jaylenn always acted in our best interests. He would point out every flaw that he saw, giving us helpful insight on the condition of the home. 

He never tried to “sell” us the home, but rather tried to educate us on the condition, location and the potential hurdles that we might face in buying the home. He was truly on “our side!”

When we finally found a home that we wanted to offer on, Jaylenn made us a video walking us through all the documents we would have to sign. He wanted us to understand the contract as much as he did! Then, when we did inspections, he was such a great negotiator! Even after we said we would settle for a certain amount, he went above and beyond to get us MORE than what we even wanted. When it came time to finally move into the home, Jaylenn was even helpful there! We had a Pod that would arrive earlier than expected, due to a communication error with our moving company.
